Outstanding Service from Mighty Air! I cannot say enough great things about Mighty Air! I called on a Thursday morning due to an AC issue and learned that we needed a new system. From the very beginning, their team was incredibly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. They wasted no time finding a solution and were back out the very next day to install a great new system that offers improved energy efficiency. Their quick turnaround, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service made what could have been a stressful situation an incredibly smooth experience. Had my fuse/wiring go out today while it was over 95 degrees outside. Luckily they came out within the hour, diagnosed a couple issues and resolved it within another hr. Very professional, quick and efficient. Will use again for any ac issues in the future

The technician, Michael, was great, very knowledgeable, and went out of his way to explain things to me.

Came within an hour of calling them and it was almost 8pm when I called had my ac up and running within 40 minutes will be using them from now on highly recommend them and they care about your family and are family owned so they arent here to take an arm and a leg from you in payment like the big corporations! Cant recommend them enough thank you guys again for coming out last minute and helping me and my family!

I had an air purification system installed and ductwork cleaning. The tech was very courteous, he did great, pace himself and finished by cleaning up the work area. Before he left he explained how the system works and what to do if it stops working.

Trennis did a good job, under bad conditions, I like him again .

So far, Antonio and Morgan have been good to work with.

Couldnt recommend Mighty Air enough! They were so professional, friendly, educational, and most of all quick! Called them at 5pm and they were at my house with parts to fix by 10am the following day! Couldnt ask for anything better when it come to AC issues in the summer time in Florida!!

TRENNIS was AWESOME! Not only was he diligent in fixing my AC unit, but also educated me on how the system works and what to look out for. I would definitely recommend him again!

Garrett arrived between the times that was stated, he was very friendly and explained every step.

My HVAC unit stopped cooling. Of course it was after hours on a weekend! Trennis Carter was my HVAC specialist. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very polite. He recharged my sytem and verified my coil was leaking. The parts were covered under warranty, but not the labor, which was expected. Trennis did a great job installing my new HVAC coil. I would highly recommend Mighty Air to anyone.

They where only company that would come out the day of.

They installed a new RTU (roof top unit) for our church. The project was accomplished quickly and efficiently, and the completed project was a success.

I am giving Mighty Air 5 stars because of the incredible efforts that they took to make things right when they made the tiniest of mistakes (And it wasn't even 1 sided, I was partially at fault here)I care way more about how a company makes things right than whether everything goes perfectly the first time. I did have a delay getting my HVAC serviced, but to be fair, this one was a team effort. Mighty Air has an automated texting system that didnt escalate my issue the way it should have and I, in my infinite wisdom, just kept texting instead of calling like a functional adult. So Im not putting that entirely on them. What matters is what happened next. They worked through a genuinely tricky situation and got my HVAC running again. Victory! Celebration! Cool air! for about five minutes. Because thenliterally moments laterlightning struck and took it out. At that point I was convinced Thor himself had reviewed my service ticket and decided, No. Not today. And heres where Mighty Air really impressed me: even though that was very clearly outside their control (and Im pretty confident acts of god are not covered under standard warranties), they came back out and fixed everything again at no cost to me. That is not a small thing. That is thousands of dollars of weve got you energy. And as a single mom, it REALLY meant a lot to me. Every company is going to have hiccups. Systems fail, communication breaks down, things happen. What matters is how they respond when it doesand Mighty Air went way above and beyond. Im genuinely impressed, very grateful, and yes back to having air conditioning before we hit 100 degrees (assuming Thor continues to allow it).

Victor is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough! He didn't waste any time restoring my HVAC back to new, and breathing free and easy again! He even cleared all those pesky schedules (that I never put in!) from my thermostat for me! And he COMPLETED the resuscitation with an Access port to the drain line to allow me to flush and perform preventative maintenance; so, I'll never have another clogged drain line problem! (That's how I MET Mighty Air last year!) lol I feel comfortable that my money was WELL SPENT! Thanks again Victor & Mighty Air!

We had a duct cleaning done in one of our units on property. They were very accommodating and professional. They were efficient and polite! The ducts are sparkling now and no signs weeks later of any dirt accumulating. We will definitely continue to use Mighty Air!

I placed a service call for a AC unit that was not cooling. They came out next day and Randy was absolutely amazing. He was very friendly, patient and detailed. He clearly explained what was wrong with my HVAC, offered short-term and long-term solutions, and worked with me to find the best option to fit my situation. He was helpful with suggestions and even offered me a deal for my requested services. I will definitely be purchasing Mighty Airs services again if their service is always this good!
